Rinaldo Radice served with the 2/5th Gloucester Regiment during WW1. He was awarded the Victory Medal and the British War Medal. The photo is dated 22nd January 1919.
He lived and worked in London and listed his occupation as former steward, shop keeper and waiter. Rinaldo was arrested in London on the 11th June 1940.
