The Perfect Cheese Co. employed Antonio Cavanna, restaurant proprietor from Tredegar, South Wales and Francesco Rabaiotti, café proprietor from Pontypridd, Wales 1944-1945.
The director of the company Natale Italiano was from Scido (Reggio Calabria) Italy who arrived in Australia in 1922. He established and operated a successful cheese production enterprise which by 1968 was producing 2000 tons of cheese a year.
