In March 1945, a number of photos were taken by photographer Ronald Leslie Stewart at Tatura Camp 2A. A small group of UK Italians were in camp as were a group of German internees.

From the records it is known that Dino Accini and Rizzieri Ferrucci were released to Melbourne from Tatura Camp on the 10th April 1945. The following six men departed Tatura Camp for the UK on the 1st July 1945: Renzo Mazzolini, Anibale Pieroni, Giulio Gambarini, Ivaldo Antinori, Giorgio Boggio and Francesco Apicella.

It follows then that the above eight men might be in these photographs.

Unfortunately, there are no names attached to the photographs. In two of the photos, a sulphur crested white cockatoo is included in the photo.

Help add names to the men, which can then be sent to the Australia War Memorial to add to the photos.
