Maîtres Chef Cavalieri Sisto 'Luigi Vergano': and Cavalieri Bartolomeo Calderoni were prominent personalities in the hospitality scene in London.

In Australia Bartolomeo Calderoni was released from internment to the Menzies Hotel, Melbourne as a cook and Luigi Vergano was released to work as a cook with the Commercial Travellers Association, Melbourne.
